Our studio is located in southwest Asheville off of Sardis Road. We can arrange pickup and delivery if necessary. All orders from out of the area can be sent to us by mail or you may use the upload system on our Web site. If you are sending a digital file for reproduction, please make sure the file is in a jpeg, tiff or pdf format and that you are using Adobe RGB color space. PRICING/ POLICY CHANGES Because of unforeseeable changes in our materials costs or business circumstances, all of our prices, schedules, and policies are subject to revision at any time, without prior notification. Quoted prices are not final until we have seen your order and fully understand your requirements. SALES TAX Sales tax is charged on all orders unless a North Carolina sales tax exemption is on file here at DRG. DEPOSITS For customers not on account, DRG requires a 50% deposit for orders of $100 or more before commencing work. SERVICE SCHEDULE Standard and Rush service schedules are stated in terms of full standard business days, starting from the time we receive your order. Orders for large quantities or other special requirements may require additional time to complete Please contact DRG for special quotations, scheduling, or services not listed. SHIPPING AND HANDLING DRG charges a minimum of $7.00 for UPS ground. FedEx will be charged directly to clients FedEx account or credit card. We do not mark up shipping charges. UNCOLLECTED WORK DRG will not be responsible for materials or work, including originals, left over 30 days. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DRG will take care in handling customers' film, digital media and originals. However, submission of any film, print, slide, digital media, or other material to DRG for processing, printing or handling, constitutes an agreement by you that any damage or loss of the material submitted, whether caused by human error, negligence, fire, flood, storm, theft, or mechanical failure, or by any other cause, will only entitle you to replacement of your film with a like amount of unexposed film and processing. The acceptance by DRG of the film, digital media, print, painting etc. is without any express or implied warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. DRG assumes no liability for loss or damage to orders in transit to or from our studio. COPYRIGHT ISSUES The purchaser represents and warrants that by requesting DRG to reproduce any copyrighted work, the purchaser has obtained from the copyright owner permission to reproduce, distribute, and display such copyrighted work. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify DRG for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgements resulting from any claim or lawsuit against DRG for copyright infringement. DRG customarily requires specific waivers or releases from clients as a condition to proceeding with work. |
